Table Tennis table white-line printing machine

Dear Sirs,

On behalf of Shanghai Sport Limited Partnership, leader-manufacturer of table tennis table in Thailand under the brand DRAGONFLY, distributed to department stores and dealers throughout the country for almost 30 years.

At present, our table tennis table production have problems with the white-line printing on the table as follow:

  
- The result of white line screened is not good(some thick – some thin) and on some points, white color does not go through the screen.

From the above problems. We would like to you to suggest us an effective white line printing machine for table tennis table.

Information:

Our table tennis table(table top) is made of particle board(1367mm x 1523 mm), thickness are 15 mm, 18 mm and 25 mm. We use paper(30 gram blue and green color) laminating machine with matted PU 8% coating.    

- white lines onf 3 sides of 20 mm table and white line (3 mm) in the middle of the table (see pictures attached).

- you may suggest other kinds of machines because white line printing machine by screening, the mould itself clogged easily which is also our problem now.
